CASE FILE 001

GOVERNMENT SECRETS HEIST

INCIDENT SUMMARY

At approximately 2:17 a.m., three panda operatives entered a restricted federal records vault and removed an unknown quantity of classified material.

Surveillance photographs show the suspects operating with alarming discipline. One panda accessed the secured files. A second transferred documents into a prepared extraction container. The third remained near the vault entrance, calmly chewing bamboo while monitoring the corridor.

Investigators initially believed the animals had entered the facility in search of food. This explanation became increasingly difficult to defend after officials confirmed that there is and never was any bamboo located on the facility premises, and that the stolen files concerned international surveillance operations, diplomatic communications, and several government programs whose existence remains officially denied.

No alarm was triggered during the break-in.

The vault combination had not been changed in eleven years. Nevertheless, authorities maintain that this is probably a coincidence.

CASE FILE 002

RECOVERED CRAFT INFILTRATION

INCIDENT SUMMARY

At approximately 1:42 a.m., three panda agents entered a restricted military installation housing a recovered unidentified aircraft.

Surveillance photographs show the suspects moving through the installation with complete familiarity. One panda proceeded directly toward the damaged craft. A second carried a reinforced specimen case into the biological examination area. The third remained near the hangar entrance and monitored approaching personnel.

Investigators initially assumed the animals had wandered onto the installation by accident.

This explanation became difficult to defend after officials confirmed that the installation was located in the Nevada desert, approximately 600 miles from the nearest panda habitat and protected by two electrified fences, fourteen armed guards, and a security system requiring simultaneous retinal and fingerprint identification.

Pandas possess neither authorized fingerprints nor documented security clearance.

The system admitted them anyway.

CASE FILE 003

NUCLEAR TEST SURVEILLANCE

INCIDENT SUMMARY

At approximately 5:14 a.m., three panda operatives were observed conducting unauthorized surveillance of a classified atmospheric nuclear test at a restricted desert proving ground.

Photographic evidence shows the suspects positioned on an elevated ridge overlooking the detonation zone. One operated a military-grade optical rangefinder. A second recorded radiation measurements using specialized monitoring equipment. The third filmed the detonation with a motion-picture camera identical to those issued to the government’s official test-documentation unit.

The pandas established their observation post nearly four hours before the scheduled detonation.

The test schedule had been classified.

It had also been changed twice.

The pandas arrived at the correct location anyway.

Following the explosion, the operatives entered a restricted records facility and removed radiation logs, blast-pressure charts, and several canisters of undeveloped test film.

Government officials initially described the animals as “indigenous desert wildlife.”

No pandas are indigenous to Nevada.

The official description remains unchanged.
